1. The images fulfill the criteria for the assignment and are well done. 2. The images suggest that the artist likes the outdoors and music. Perhaps there is a deeper meaning with the bridge – especially as the one on the bridge looks downcast. 3. The images look well put together, though I can not tell if the left wall of the guitar image is supposed to have the lighter areas, or the shadows there need to be worked on in photoshop? 4. I like the bridge one the best, as the composition is the better one and all of the multiples are in different poses and looking in different directions. It looks like time passing as she is walking across the bridge.
I like the photo of the different stages of her walking across the bridge and up the side of the creek. The photo with the guitars shows great focus and discipline for the love of music which is also dear to my heart. There is a slight lighting issue on the left wall but is easily fixable. Besides that I like both concepts and enjoyed viewing them.
Britnie, I'm proud of the work you have done and the progression you have made. I see from other comments that the paint primer on the wall presents a problem--guess I need to finish painting so you can get better shots--but great job in spite of my unfinished walls.
1. The assignment was fullfilled with both images and met all criteria. 2. The first one portrays the solitude in nature. The bridge could have some underlying meaning to the subject. The second one shows the artist interest in music. 3.Issues with the guitar shot in photoshop. Her foot on the right hand figure and lightened kinda fuzzy area with overlapped images to the left. Photoshop...I had to play with it a ton in trying to correct the same problem switching back and forth between the black and white brush. 4. I like the idea of the guitar. I would say the bridge photo is the most successful due to the technical aspect.
1. The images do meet the criteria of the assignment and well executed. 2. With the bridge one, I feel as though that might be a journey that she's gone through in life, or things that she's over come. Either that, or she just thought it was a good place to take pictures at or liked the bridge. As for the guitar picture, I get a sense that she really likes music and enjoys doing it in her free time. 3. The only thing that I see that's slightly off is in the guitar picture of her on the very far left. The lighting looks slightly off there, but besides that, the photos are really well done. 4. I personally like how the one with the bridge came out the most, but I still like the guitar one too. I love the lighting and just how your eye follows her on the bridge; it's a natural transition. Nice job!
All content in this blog will revolve around my journey through my Digital Photography course, may it be from my fave photographers to some of the ones I just discovered.
